Our products are handcrafted, but in-stock items normally ship same day if ordered before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time. The majority of our items are made to order, however, and we will notify you upon receipt of your order if additional time is needed to fulfill and ship your order. Upon approval by you of any additional time, we will accept the order and begin making your item.
*If a special item is not available by your occasion, we will gladly wrap and ship, at no charge, a beautiful card letting your loved one know that a special item is being made just for them.

We try very hard to keep all of our prices current, but errors may occur. Gold and silver prices fluctuate and are subject to change. No order/sale is final until an order is received and accepted directly by the company including PayPal orders. In the event you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of your receiving the piece. Please call for an authorization and shipping information. The piece must be in the original condition received. Custom and special orders are nonrefundable.

Custom orders require a down payment of 50% when order is placed and the remainder is due upon completion and approval. All custom pieces are final sale.
